Key Responsibilities as a Management Accountant:

As Management Accountant, you will take ownership of financial management, reporting, and controls. You ll prepare accurate monthly management accounts, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and provide insight into project profitability.

Produce monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow reporting. Maintain ledgers, WIP accounting, and project cost tracking. Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow. Oversee invoicing, credit control, and supplier payments. Strengthen internal financial controls and process improvements.

About You as a Management Accountant:

Qualified or Part Qualified or QVE accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Minimum 3 years experience in management accounting, ideally in professional services or construction. Proficient in Xero and Excel, with strong analytical skills. Proactive, organised, and able to thrive in a small-company environment.
