AAT Accountant

Description

Exciting new opportunity for an AAT qualified Accountant to join a modern firm of Chartered Accountants based in Huddersfield.

This firm works with a wide range of clients, keeping your work varied and interesting.

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for:

Preparation of year end accounts

Preparation of tax computations

Preparation of management accounts as and when required

Complete/review VAT returns as and when required

Provide support to trainee accountantsTo qualify for this Accountant role, ideally you will meet the following:

AAT qualified.

2+ years’ experience working with an accountancy firm.

Experience using Sage 50 Accounts and Xero would be advantageous

Clear communicator, feeling comfortable contacting clients.What’s on offer?

Salary from £27,000 to £30,000
