I asked Thomas to review my income and tax position as I thought I might be paying too much tax. He was brilliant from Day one. I sent him all the documents he needed and he was very prompt and efficient. He had a few queries for me to answer but apart from that, he just got on with it. He kept me informed every step of the way. He is totally professional and I trust him without reservation. His fee was quite moderate for the amount of work he did and in my view, excellent value. I shall certainly go back to him whenever I need him in the future.

My usual accountant had not responded to my requests (going back to July this year) to deal with my tax accounts. With the tax return deadline fast approaching I decided to look elsewhere and have been delighted with the speed and efficiency of 'Chaplin Advisory's' work not to mention their very reasonable charges and their helpfulness and courtesy. Tom made everything so much easier. I was feeling overwhelmed with my accounts, but he explained things clearly and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on.
