Small double room available for rent in a house share in St Albans. The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, also has wireless broadband and a TV aerial socket.

In the rest of the house has two bathrooms (both with showers and one with a bath), lounge, utility room (washing machine and tumble dryer), shared off street parking and a garden with a patio.

The rent covers all the bills, (council tax, water, electricity, gas, broadband and Sky+). Please note that there is no telephone in the house.

The house is located in the south west of St Albans in the Cottonmill area with easy access to both the M1 and M25 (less than 5 mins drive). St Albans City station is approx 20 mins walk (Two of the current house mates work in London) and St Albans Abbey station is less than 15 mins away.

About us, we are all very friendly and sociable household and we often socialise together. Ideally we would like someone who could fit into this.

We all work in a variety of 9-5(ish) professional jobs and would prefer to have someone similar.
