Description
I am a private London Yoga Teacher. I have been teaching yoga for the last 23 years. I offer private yoga lessons in the comfort of your own home. I cover Sivananda yoga, Dharma yoga, Power Yoga, as well as Prenatal and Postnatal yoga. My classes are for everyone, from the absolute beginner to years of practice advanced yogis. During your session you'll receive my undivided attention as we work towards your individual goals. With practice you'll be able to tune into your body and breath. Your body will become fitter, stronger and more flexible. Even more importantly you'll feel rejuvenated, calmer and gain more clarity of mind.
