Yamaha FZ6 Fazer – Project/TLC Bike – 17,264 Miles – With Documents & Keys

Up for sale is my Yamaha FZ6 Fazer, showing 17,264 miles on the clock. The bike starts and seems to run fine, but it’s been sitting unused for a while and will need a bit of attention before it’s roadworthy again.

Cosmetically, it’s not in awful shape but could do with some TLC. There’s some rust in various areas that would benefit from cleaning up and painting, and the front fairing has a hole in it (as pictured). The exhaust header pipe is very rusty – it doesn’t appear to be leaking at the moment, but will likely need replacing in time.

Mechanically, it needs a good service and a new set of tyres. With new tyres, it should pass an MOT – there are no obvious mechanical issues that would stop it otherwise.

This would make a great project or budget-friendly ride for someone happy to put in a bit of work. Once sorted, it’s a solid, fun bike with plenty of life left.
