Why pay up to £35 a board for exactly the same board and specification from Jewsons, B&Q, Decking Direct and many others who simply brand the same board with their packaging and charge you more. Why buy inferior boards at 22mm and 20mm thick, which mean you have to have a stronger sub frame (i.e more timber spend)?. Why call someone only to find out you have to pay for fixings and pay VAT?.

Our boards are 3.66m in length, 14.6 cm wide and 25mm thick They are strong, weather resistant, mould proof, non-slip, need no maintenance and have the 3D embossed wood grain effect on the top side to effect real wood and groove effect on the lower side, as opposed to the cheaper double sided grooved boards. 25mm thick boards mean you can have larger spacing between joists. Anything less and you require a stronger sub frame to support the thinner boards . Full technical specifications for our boards are available.

Some suppliers will also try to sell you more expensive commercial boards, by saying you need stronger boards. This is not the case for regular decks or light commercial use. It's important to know that the key strength in your final decking design, comes mainly from your frame and how stable the final platform is. Whilst wooden decks can get away with larger joist gaps, you should utilise a maximum of 400mm between joists or 300mm if you can. If leaving an existing frame @ 600mm ensure that they are suitably cross-supported. This would be the case for any composite board of any type, as they are heavier than common wooden decking boards. We can recommend a number of fitters (by area if required), used to working with composite boards.

Colours - (Three colours available): Light Grey ( Often Marketed as Silver Grey ), Deep Grey ( often marketed as Charcoal Grey or Anthracite ), Dark oak ( Brown ).

All fixings are supplied free. We also stock 3.6m Edging Strips. These are colour co-ordinated with a finer light wood grain finish. These complement the decking at the edges and give a tidy finish.

These boards are Manufactured to ISO9001 and FSC Standards. They are 35% recycled HDPE & 65% 120 superfine wood fibre. They have a fifteen year guarantee.
