SIMPLE but EFFECTIVE 1940's STYLE RED BOW TILT HAT/FASCINATOR! Made to order for an event but NEVER WORN!
Vibrant BRIGHT RED felt with a wired edge - so you can bend it and shape it to suit.
NEEDS TO BE SECURED WITH HAT PINS!
I have another one - not exactly the same, but VERY similar in pale lilac. I have shown this picture to give you an idea of how it sits on the head when worn - THIS SALE IS FOR THE RED ONE ONLY!
