Avoid this company. Their prices are significantly higher than competitors, and with the number of complaints likely to rise, it seems they may be on the brink of shutting down again and you loose the warranty. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for window solutions.

I encountered an issue with a client’s window that was still under warranty. I reached out to Peter, the owner, requesting a quick fix, but he refused to send an installer. To maintain my client relationship, I had to hire an outside fitter, incurring additional costs. I sent an invoice to Peter for this expense, but he has refused to cover it.

We had to change all our windows and garden doors to replace the single glazed windows and doors we had. We live in a a very early Edwardian house and wanted to retain the original features, so we opted for wooden windows in Meranti. The result was fantastic! Peter is very profesional and a pleasure to work with. He also put forward some design suggestions, which worked really well. Would recommend 100%!!!

Unreliable. Projects completed to a poor standard. Had to request amendments and corrections. Installers left a mess. When faulty item reported they never returned to fix it, even when windows still on a warranty, but kept emailing us for new jobs and submitted overpriced quotes. PATHETIC.
