I want to start with thanking Ellen for all the time and effort you put into making the soft furnishing. I found Ellen very easy to talk, she is a good listener and nothing was too much for her. When my original curtain fabric had to be returned i was in a dilemma on what to use. Ellen found me the perfect fabric which showed she understood me completely. Ellen spent a lot of time providing me with exactly what I wanted and did not try to influence me. She got to know exactly what i wanted and even what i didnt know i wanted! The end product, all the soft furnishing was beyond my initial expectations. I am so very happy with everything. I also found Ellen a perfectionist in a good way, she thought about how everything would look in minute detail. A true professional, who took time to understand what was needed and never rushed anything at the same time meeting all deadlines. I found Ellen to be extremely professional. Her designs were presented in a timely manner to a very high standard and she was always accommodating to any requests to change. I wanted to keep costs down by keeping some existing items and Ellen came up with ideas to both enhance them and ensure they blended in with the newly suggested materials.
