Professional from start to finish. Called him up after being suggested his services from a friend. He came to my house gave me a free quote, and then came around the following week at the exact time we agreed on (Most contractors are usually late). Cleaned all my windows, as well as the frames and sills by hand. It's nice to see someone still cleaning windows the traditional way and having the professionalism to back it up.
