From start to finish Luis a from Aqua Silver catering was amazing ! We were lucky enough to secure him at late notice to celebrate my daughter’s 21st whilst in partial lockdown. He contacted me straight away to discuss my enquiry and liased closely with both myself and Grace to ensure all catering needs were met. On the evening he arrived with Pippa who was just delightful. Canapés were delicious, starters a dream and the main course was simply the best seabass I’ve ever tasted !! Pippa spoilt us by clearing away and doing the washing up. I wouldn’t hesitate in booking Luis - in fact we’ve rebooked him for December for my husbands 55th! Thank you Luis for making Grace’s 21st amazing! Jackie and David

We used Luis for a special anniversary as we couldn't get to a restaurant, so he came to the house and cooked us dinner. The food was excellent and he was really helpful in the planning of the food. He's a lovely guy, handled the social distancing with ease, cooked a great meal which made it a very special night for us. Thanks.

I was a guest at a 50th birthday celebration catered by AauaSilva. The food served by Luis was first class and beautifully presented. Best beef wellington I've ever had the pleasure of eating. I booked chef Luis for my husbands 30th, which was on New Year’s Eve. His customer service was impeccable to firstly offer me a reasonable price for such a busy day, and was so helpful in creating a sublime menu that catered to a party with specific dietary requirements. What followed was an unforgettable culinary experience in the comfort of home that made my husbands 30th extra special! I have recommended him to all my friends and would book his services again in a heartbeat. Simply super, thanks Chef.
