Looks like a Molnija/Molnia 3602 movement. According to the Ranfft database, the version produced in the Chelyabinsk Watch Factory from 1975 to 1984 had 12 screws on the balance wheel, which yours has. It also has 18 jewels, which fits with that factory Still works
