About the Role: We are looking for reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Operatives to join our growing team in Redditch. This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week at £12.60 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Operating manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

Following standard operating procedures and quality checks

Meeting production targets and deadlines

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Working as part of a team to ensure smooth production flow

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred (training will be provided)

Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
