Kitchen Manager – Full-Time

Location: Bournemouth

Salary: £28k, based on experience

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a talented and reliable Kitchen Manager to join a growing hospitality group with multiple well-regarded restaurants.

We are seeking someone who can confidently lead a small team, manage day-to-day kitchen operations, oversee stock levels and ordering, and maintain high food and hygiene standards. The role requires strong organisational skills, a calm, motivating presence, and a passion for quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and team coordination

• Manage stock control, supplier relationships, and ordering

• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

• Support menu planning and prep management

• Deliver consistent quality in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Proven kitchen leadership experience

• Strong communication and team management skills

• Excellent understanding of stock systems and ordering

• A positive, hands-on approach

This is a full-time position based in Bournemouth. You’ll be part of a respected team working across well-established, high-quality venues with further growth ahead.
