Description

It is with a heavy heart I am looking to sell my volkswagen transporter t4 2.5tdi. I purchased the van in Febuary 2022 but the project went on the back burner due to my wife falling pregnant.
I started the van about a year and a half ago, and put so much love, sweat and tears into it.
As you can see from all the pictures I done extensive welding
-inner sills
-outer sills
-inner arches
-outer arches
-rear quarters
-boot floor
Basically anywhere it need!
Obviously then I done the filling, etch primered and prepped for paint. Always wanted to turn her into a swamper so used a high build primer and 3 coats of Nato green matt military paint. (She's no show pony but turns heads wherever she goes)
The rear has been fully insulated, new ply boarding, stretch carpeted, half vinal flooring half carpet and a bench seat installed.

-all new handbrake cables
-both front wheel bearing
-Both front lower balljoints
-new torsion bar adjusters
-anti roll bar links
-T5 heavy duty rear springs
-Sachs shocks all round

-gear linkage
-full service less than 500 miles ago
-Timing belt kit with water and fuel pump belt at 197387
-crank seal and crank pully
-crankshaft damper
-aux belt
-Power steering pump
-Brake master cylinder
-all fluids replaced
-front crossmember
-5x112-5-120 wheel adapters
-T5 wheels
-Mk3 golf lower valence
-Led bulbs
And im sure there's plenty more ive missed out.

The van is jus run in on 197503 miles, has MOT until 30th may 2026.
I still consider the van a running project due to interior bits need finishing, but really she is a blank canvas ready for someone to make it there own. I have sunk more money into this van than I will ever get back but I believe I have priced the van right!
The only known fault with the van is a slight oil leak (sump gasket) but being nearly 30 years old what do you expect
