🛠 Mechanical Work & Upgrades:
EGR delete, swirl flaps blanked, EGR simulator chip (no EML).
Gearbox rebuilt in the past, reinspected a few years later by A&S and confirmed still good at same time as flywheel and clutch being done for a second time, with proof done by (His & Hers Garage), LUK flywheel & clutch fitted (rear main seal done at same time, done by His & Hers Garage),
Refurbished steering rack with receipt, replaced starter with purchase receipt & fitting).
Recent turbo replacement, New battery fitted, Second cambelt fitted (with proof), Recent new backbox
Recent 2 new Michelin front tyres (dated April 2025) with alignment (£291 spend), All 4 tyres matching
90% poly bushed with Powerflex bushes
Note: Slight vibration via steering wheel at idle due to poly bushes – smooth when driving or as soon as revs lift a little from idle. maybe i missed a mount somewhere.
Rear door wiring replaced (common fault on 5 doors, resolved)
Does need horn looking at or an alternative button wired in.

🔧 Summary:
Not the cleanest by far bodywork-wise, but a solid, dependable diesel with all common issues addressed and lots of mechanical investment. Excellent fuel economy (55–65 mpg on cruise at 70mph) and perfect as a daily, long-distance commuter, or workhorse.
