Very clean and tidy all round inside and out

Never used as heavy work horse - obvious when meet her

She always get admiring looks when out in her....however she is of an age so please be realistic with expectations....on the outside I feel its fair to say she is very tidy - a few imperfections ie: spots of light rust or chips of paint/tiny dents. The worst most obvious area is some scuffing on the front passenger side bumper clipped when leaving a clients driveway but nothing is out of shape or cracked its just scuffing
The inside again clean/tidy and complete but age related marks...scuffing and scratches

Two captain seats both with armrests
A very cool single passenger seat conversion which is pretty unique! its originally from a Toyota Granvia....super comfy WITH a VERY cool fold out table which sits neatly between both seats! Really easy to have up or down - Took quite some doing but a tidy job done and soooo handy - makes it easy to access the cargo area also

I bought official Toyota window wind deflectors last year and i think she looks great with them - you can also leave the windows open an inch without it looking obvious

Great van - my 3rd Hiace - I love them! Prior to this one I had 2 others....a white one for 10 years and then a blue one for just 3 ....eventually selling only as i couldn't live with the ghosting of the old sign writing showing through...specifically bought this one as she had never been sign written. Being my 3rd Ace i have learnt how i like to have them....i have fitted an extra grab rail (fixing holes factory set so no drilling) as standard they only come with one for the passenger (or is it driver?) anyway she has 2 now. Also i bought an extra door tidy as again they only come with 1 standard...so she has one both sides and again factory holes present so no drilling.

She has had heaps of compliments over the years - ive always kept her clean and tidy throughout from the refuelling cap to her roof!...nothing worse than a green dirty roof...out of sight out of mind for some...not me!

She's done nearly 150k - ive covered 30k in the time ive owned her.

Not one of my Aces has missed a beat hence staying loyal to the breed!

MOT runs out mid October - I have absolutely no reason to think she wont fly through - you can view her MOT history at the gov uk website...

Ive only used her for personal use and the odd solo camping trip

**I will now give a comprehensive write up**

I want any potential buyer to have maximum information to hand so more able to make an informative decision as to whether they feel she has a life with them - please do ask any questions if I've missed anything....preferably before you view...so as not to waste your time or mine

I purchased her 5 years ago from a fireman ....he only used it as his daily and it too was his pride and joy

Ive always liked to know my vehicles inside and out right down to the smallest detail so bare with me here…nothing scary!!

being a 2007 Hiace she has the more efficient 2.5 turbo diesel engine as apposed to the previous 2.4 diesel

She is the 280 D-4D 120 Short Wheel Base (SWB)

She does have AirCon BUT it does need regassing

Before putting new tyres all round last year i thought it would be a good idea to overhaul her steel rims....I did these myself....wire brush and wool with a good quality black spray paint. A year later and she has shown up some specks of surface rust so I'm thinking i should have used a rust inhibitor ??...a real shame as personally i don't like the look of plastic wheel trims. BUT bought new just yesterday for the sale...hoping a buyer may appreciate her looking a bit more suited and booted!

Parking sensors on the rear - soooooo handy!

She has a very handy 'idle up' button for those cold mornings but i have to be honest ive never needed to use it but it has been tested and does work

She has a Viper alarm fitted and a Factory fitted alarm/immobilizer - all doors including side loader locks on the button of the key from quite some distance away too! - a spare key also does this along with 2 manual keys

V5 in my name present with paperwork covering her life

Toyota Filofax size folder with owners manual and service stamp book which i have kept completed.

Seat covers have always been used....the passenger Granvia one removed only for the duration of the photos....so really clean with plenty of robust comfort left

She starts every time - great engine and gear box

DIGITAL CLOCK - works

WINDOWS - electric - work

HEATER - works well hot and cold

CIGARETTE LIGHTER - socket works for charging phones etc

MIRRORS - electric - work

INTERNAL LIGHTS - all working

LINED - the rear side panels are boarded with a varnished ply board and the roof with the standard grey plastic trim

FLOOR The cargo area has good thick professionally fitted flooring

STEREO - Sony CD/Radio which works well.. with manual

BODYWORK - really very good including her sills and arches! - one of the attractions when buying her was how good she was underneath and when last up on the ramps for MOT one of the mechanics complimented her on how clean she is underneath

She's very economical for a turbo diesel - ive always been on a budget and never struggled with her running costs
