Description

DIY micro camper, great for stealth camping. Roof rack and accessories. Insulated. Thick lino floor. All furniture held in with tension hooks so can be easily removed and used as a regular van. Storage above cab area, under bed and in kitchen unit. Bed pulls out - sofa by day, when front seat rolled forwards bed extends an extra 20cm longways on one side. Lit with rechargeable LEDs which are rotated and charged while driving. No wired electrics, I used a portable power station.

MOT just failed (21/08/25) - fails are shown in photos - sharp rust above wheel arch - was advised needs taped so not sharp. Rust on sill needs welded. Power steering leak. Have been quoted up to £400 for mot repairs.

The gear linkeage/spring tension needs work - the gear stick leans to one side. Drives fine like this and wasn't flagged in mot but got a quote of £100 to fix this. The back doors open from the inside but not the outside - though you can run a rope so you can open from outside (handy when transporting loads).

So in total it needs up to £500 for repairs. It's a fun van to drive and housed me for many adventures over the past 4 years, but now I've got a big van and can't afford both.
