3 Man Window Cleaning Van

Window cleaning van for sale, £5000, reduced from £5500.

Perfect for someone looking to expand their small round & have someone working with them, to train them up on the job.

Also great for someone just starting up, with the intentions of expanding quickly and having someone working alongside you.

2 650 litre tanks securely bolted in.
(Heavy duty springs fitted to ensure the van can safely hold the weight, which will be close to the maximum payload when full of water)

3 man set up, with 3 reels, 3 controllers & 3 pumps. Professionally fitted around 3 years ago. We always like to have an extra to fall back on, in case you have any problems.

Full reverse osmosis, pre filters, membrane filter & resin canister. Producing 000 water, new membrane filter was fitted a few months ago.

4 fitted pole tubes. No poles included.

Leisure window cleaning battery with split relay, charges from the van battery.

Fitted roof bars.

The van is a LWB Transit 2013 (3.5 tonne).

Age related marks, but has been spruced up for the sale. Painted over a few damages in the paintwork, one of which was caused from removing the signage. We left the “WINDOW CLEANING” signage on, in case the buyer would like to use this.

Mot due 13th of April 2026.

It failed on numerous things this year, which all got sorted. It had a more intensive than usual MOT from a different garage. There are a few minor advisories that didn’t get fixed.

It had a full service in April 2025 & has been serviced twice a year since I’ve had the van in 2022.

Had a new clutch fitted in May.

Mileage is 153k.

The 3 man systems brand new, professional fitted are £6200 including vat.

Reason for sale is that we’ve upgraded to a newer van.
