Fantastic and rare LWB Shuttle Transporter with DSG gearbox. Owned by myself the company MD, I bought this transporter to help out with some bits moving house and then for a summer family adventure. We loved it! I wasn't sure what all the fuss was with the Transporters but now I get it and we are going to buy a newer version. We have done just over 3000 miles in the last few months include 1500+ miles on our holidays all over the south coast. There was so much space for camping gear, bike, scooter for my daughter and then all the extra bits you normally cant fit in to make the camping luxurious! The Van nick named 'Vimeo' by my daughter drives without fault. There engine pulls smoothly with plenty of power and the gear changes and selections are crisp and exactly as it came out of the factory. The van has done some miles and so enjoyed plenty of life so there are a few scratches and wear but still presents very well. I was surprised how many folks came over to talk about it at the campsites. Lots of envious people. This is the LWB which means it has acres of room, the rear seats come out nice and easily so you can have a 3 seater bench which splits in to one single and a double so any combination is possible. The front has a captains chair and a bench. Wasn't sure if this was as good as two captains but my other half loved it as she could spread out a bit and even managed to sleep across on the late night shoot back up to Lincoln. The stereo is really good with extra speakers and a subwoofer installed under the drivers seat. It is all really professional and I initially didn't notice it was aftermarket. The stereo has been upgraded too with DAB, Satnav Bluetooth etc. The AC I had refilled when I got it and pipe replaced so it has been blowing ice cold for the last 3 months which was a necessity when family traveling in summer! The car comes with 2 working remotes and good service history which is: 15181, 36513, 55200, 73165, 87550, 92032, 102161, 108322, 127787, 139513, 149547, 159022, 178950 miles A total of 13 services. There is also a record of 2 gearbox services which is great news. She is priced to sell and ready for more fun and adventure.
