Description
2008- 08 VW Transporter T5 LWB 2.5 manual in black pearl. MOT May
2026
Has had full makeover / facelift to T5.1. Including rear RS bumper. 20" VEEMAN V-FS34 alloys. Lowered 40mm. Side bars. Drl headlights. T6 wing mirrors. 6 seats. Roof bars, upgraded steering wheel. Double din stereo. Speakers to the rear. EX British cycling team van hence high mileage as driven around Europe. It has done 292k and engine is sweet as a nut.
Points to note:
Previous CAT S due to back panel damage. It has been pulled out but does have creases there. EGR valve unplugged as light on. Doesn’t affect performance.
Thrust bearing slightly noisy / clutch pedal can stick a little. Drives fine other than that. 1 key. Few rust spots / little dinks ( 17 yrs old )
This is solely used for mountain biking and is my daily I would drive it anywhere. Perfect workhorse which really looks the part. Perfect for camper conversion ?
