Description
This iRobot Roomba Model 780 was fully operational until a short while ago. It no longer charges, either via the docking station or directly. I charge the battery to its rated 14.4V, using a different power source and the battery held its charge for 48hr, so no problem there.
But the Roomba still does not operate with the full battery and when the charger is plugged in it shows a charging error 5 indication. Problem is almost certainly the PCB as the charging lead output is 22V but there is only 5V at the battery terminal connections.
