Description
Updated listing! Daytona 675 in black and gold
Miles 33000 approx
I am it's 4th owner.
MOT till 17th September.
Good bits.. Arrow slip on can with removable baffle. Passed Snetterton noise test. Barely scrubbed in Dunlop Sportsmart TT's. Oxford heated grips. Dark screen. Recently serviced front forks at MCT. Upgraded seat pads, brake fluid reservoir, levers, carbon rear seat cowl, carbon exhaust heat shield, Oxford nightglider led indicators, GP quick shift (up only). I have fitted R&G front spindle bobbins, and have a set of R&G fairing crash bobbins to go on but was unable to loosen one of the engine mount bolts so they are included but not fitted.
Bad bits.. I dropped it on a track day. Quite low speed lowside caused mostly scuffs and scrapes to the following... LHS lever, LHS mirror (only lightly), front fairing, LHS fairing, seat cowl, and LHS alternator cover . One of the lugs that keeps the two side fairings together where they join behind the front wheel, snapped off, so this has been drilled and cable tied together. The handlebar lock stops may need rectifying for next MOT, although it passed last time I took it in.
However, the panels are intact. A previous listing showed the damage before I got round to trying to repair it. I have now replaced the bar end weight, and had the carbon seat unit re-lacquered professionally. I then did the fairing panel scuffs myself, by fillering with 2 part, then sanded, sprayed, lacquered, and polished them up. Now in the pictures I think you would have a hard job identifying where they were, and the bike looks fine from a few paces away. Obviously, look closely and you can see where I've worked. If you come for a look I would show you anyway.
Bike starts first time, runs and stops well, and performs as you would expect. No issues there. Never been refused an MOT during my tenure (just advised to sort the lock stop out by next one). Wallet full of receipts, handbook, service book with up to date stamps, last serviced by local triumph dealer (Lings Watton) at 30748. Haynes manual. 2 keys. V5 in my name.
£3600 Ono.
