Tony has ignored my written requests to correct wrongly used weed membrane. Also provide a receipt for £800 paid by bank transfer. When we get heavy or constant rain the water collects on the surface of the shingles and does drain away. He used thick plastic sheeting instead of perforated membrane that allows the water to soak away. Initially we had to call him back because he did not bed two concrete slabs on a sand/cement mix and laid them directly on the plastic sheet, the slabs moved when we put our wheelie bins on. A simple job poorly executed. We recently found a local Gardner that relaid the correct weed membrane for £50. We are in our eighties and regret using Tony for this simple job. Don’t waste your money get a quote elsewhere.
