I had a call off PG roofing and property maintenance after I joined 'My builder'. Phelan was communicative which is very important. He turned up when he said he would and explained what the problem was and how to fix it. He took photos of my roof before and after to show me his work. He sent me an invoice and guarantee. A nice guy and polite. Would certainly use again.

Phelan was extremely helpful and attended the next morning (leaving the site he was working on) when the job became urgent overnight . All work completed after a long day on the roof.
