I had the team in for a few days to completely clear and flatten a garden. Everything went well and at the end of the clearance the whole area was supposed to be sprayed with their special weed killer as there was some ground growth and brambles left. They didn't do it even though the weather was dry and sunny. I had to chase them up over many days and eventually they came back and sprayed the garden. 90 minutes later it rained for the rest of the afternoon so the weed killer was neutralised! The lad that sprayed the garden said that if it rains, it will need to be done again. I've contacted Nick many time and he just ignores my voicemails, texts and WhatsApp messages. If you use these guys, make sure you hold back £100 of the payment until every bit of work has been done and that you are happy with everything. As far as I'm concerned, this job has not been finished and don't expect it to be, as I have paid the bill in full. Silly me.
