Pay: GBP26 - GBP27'000 + 8% annual Bonus

Holiday: 25 Days + Bank Holidays

40 hours per week (07:45 - 16:30) Mon - Friday- No weekend Work

Role Overview:We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse/Workshop Trainee. This entry-level role will provide valuable hands-on experience within both the warehouse and workshop environments, where you will support the daily operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in receiving, storing, and organising products and equipment in the warehouse.Support the workshop team with basic maintenance and preparation of tools and machinery.Assist in the cleaning, checking, and preparing of equipment for off shore use/hire.Help with order picking and packing to ensure products are ready for dispatch on time.Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace in both the warehouse and workshop areas.Follow company safety guidelines and protocols at all times.Provide general support to the team as needed, including moving stock, delivering products, and assisting with minor repairs.Deliveries of equipment to local companies Requirements:

A keen interest in learning about industrial tools, equipment, and machinery.No prior experience required; full training will be provided.Ability to work well in a team and independently.Strong work ethic with a willingness to take on new challenges.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a warehouse or workshop environment.Good communication skills and a positive attitude.Ability to lift and carry products (training and support will be provided).
