Warehouse Team Leader

M4 Specialist are recruiting an experienced warehouse Team Leader to work on a PM shift with our Customer, a national distribution company based at their Distribution Centre in Hemel Hempstead.- HP2

This role is temp to perm

Working hours are Sunday to Thursday 2pm - 10pm

Paying GBP14.00 per hour with OT paid after 40 hours.

Basic Overview Of Role;

Supporting the Warehouse Manager & Operations Manager you will be responsible for engaging with colleagues to ensure best performance, to manage the team to achieve targeted daily and weekly KPI'S, to ensure all H & S procedures are always adhered to, ensure that any performance, conduct or capability issues are thoroughly investigated and any required resulting actions are completed in a timely manner and any other team leader duties required.

Experience required;

Must have proven team leader experience, have excellent spoken & written Englis, be familiar with warehouse management systems, have excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office Programs. Must be energetic, resilient and flexible, be able to commit to working the PM shift Sunday to Thursday and ideally have your own transport and be fully approachable to staff at all levels.
