Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Team Leader for our well–known client!

Staffline is recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader in Nottingham.

The rate of pay is GBP13.21 per hour.

This is a full–time role working Monday to Friday or 4 on 4 off and the hours of work are:

– Rotating 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm

– Fixed 6am to 6pm

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Team Leader you will be responsible for:

– Assigning tasks to team member based on their skills and workload, ensuring equitable distribution and efficient completion

– Problem solving

– Coordinating and supervising warehouse operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and resolving any operational issues

– Conducting performance evaluations for warehouse staff, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance productivity

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will show good attention to detail, have good problem–solving skills and be organised. You will have good communication skills.

Applicants will have good mobility and be able to do some heavy lifting.

Previous Team Leader, Supervisor Experience is required.
