Salary GBP30,000 - GBP33,000 per annum

Hours: Tuesday to Friday 06:00 - 17:15

Your Role - Warehouse Team Leader Duties: ? Lead and motivate a team to meet daily operational targets.? Oversee picking, packing, dispatch, and goods-in processes.? Ensure accurate stock replenishment and inventory control.? MUST be able to use a hand scanner confidently and train others.? Maintain high standards of efficiency on warehouse systems - ideally with SAP proficiency.? Take a hands-on approach and support your team on the shop floor when needed.? Monitor performance, provide feedback, and support team development.? Ensure health & safety and cleanliness standards are upheld.
