Location: Dagenham

Salary: 33,000 – 35,000

Hours: Day Shift – 07:00 to 17:00 (Monday to Friday)

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead the early shift at a busy and fast–paced depot. This is a hands–on leadership role where you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across picking, goods–in, and vehicle dispatch – all while maintaining high standards in health & safety, stock control, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the warehouse team during the early shift, ensuring all tasks are completed efficientlyOversee picking, loading/unloading, and goods–in processesMaintain a clean, organised, and safe working environmentSupport implementation and training on ERP/WMS/TMS systemsMonitor stock integrity and compliance with health & safety regulationsProvide reports on productivity, KPIs, and team performanceAssist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff developmentWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a warehouse/depot supervisory roleComfortable working early shift hours (07:00 – 17:00)Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skillsGood IT proficiency, especially with Excel and warehouse systemsForklift licence and IOSH certification are desirableA proactive, hands–on approach with great attention to detailThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, early–start environment and is looking to make a real impact in a growing business.
