Description

Warehouse Supervisor

Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a hands–on approach and a knack for team leadership? We're seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our busy operations team and help drive performance, safety, and efficiency in a fast–paced environment.

The Role

You'll oversee day–to–day warehouse activities, ensuring timely picking, packing, and deliveries. You'll lead and support a small team, prioritising workloads, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. The working pattern is Monday to Friday 2am to 11am.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations, allocating and monitoring workloadsEnsure all orders (IRFs) are picked, processed, invoiced, and dispatched on timeCoordinate deliveries and plan loading schedulesSupport staff development through cross–training and on–the–job coachingAssist with stock control and ensure accurate computer recordsMaintain warehouse systems and ISO9002 compliancePromote a clean, safe, and organised working environmentHelp manage packing consumables and equipment maintenanceStep in for the Warehouse Manager when required

What You'll Need

Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory/team leader roleLicensed four–way forklift driverStrong planning, problem–solving, and team coordination skillUnderstanding of Health & Safety legislation and ISO procedureConfident using warehouse systems and invoicing toolAbility to distinguish between different materials/productsYou'll be working in a supportive, collaborative team environment, with on–site training and career development provided. This is key role in a growing, customer–focused business.
