Description
Our client is looking to recruit several Warehouse Operative to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.
Duties:
General warehouse dutiesManual handlingWork in any of our three chambers- ambient, chilled and frozenPick goods using a voice system and load them onto pallets and cagesAssist in the loading and unloading of vehiclesPay:
An hourly rate of GBP13.19p/h plus an additional GBP1.50 per hours when working in the freezerOvertime rates of GBP19.79p/h to GBP21.11p/h per hours (paid over 40 hours)A fantastic KPI performance related bonus - up to an additional GBP274 per weekWorking hours as a full time Warehouse Operative:
This role is working 40 hours per week on an 'any 5 from 7' shift pattern, so your working days could change each week and include weekendsOn our day shift, your shifts will rotate weekly between 06:00am until 14:00pm and 14:00pm until 22:00pm.After successfully passing the training period you will be given a ROTA for 6 months in advance so that you can perfectly balance your work & lifeAll training provided
