Visitor Engagement Assistant

Location: SW1 - full time on-site

Contract Type/Length: Temporary 4 months with a possible extension

Hourly Rate: £14

Shifts: 8 hour shifts, primarily Monday to Friday (between 08:30-10:30 start times)

Are you passionate about democracy and eager to engage with the public. Our client is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Visitor Engagement Assistants (VEAs) to enhance the Visitor Experience Team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of welcoming visitors, delivering engaging tours, and opening the doors to the public.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and interact with visitors, providing a friendly and informative experience.

Deliver engaging tours and talks, adapting your presentation style to suit various audience needs.

Collaborate with the Visitor Experience Team to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all.

Respond to visitor inquiries and provide excellent customer service, upholding principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.We are in search of individuals who possess:

Excellent Communication Skills: You should be adept at delivering engaging presentations and adjusting your content based on the audience.

Customer Service Orientation: A clear understanding of what constitutes excellent customer service, with the ability to meet diverse audience needs.
