Vehicle Transporter driver HGV Class 1 full & Part time. Experience

Description

We are looking for an HGV class 1 driver to start immediately. (11 car automatic)

Vehicle transporter loading experience is a must and a start within one week essential

Full training will be given

Monday - Friday. On occasions nights out either in truck or hotel may be required

- Safely operate a commercial vehicle transporter, transporting vehicles to designated locations

- Load and unload vehicle's using appropriate equipment and secure properly for transportation

- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving and ensure the safety of yourself, other drivers, and pedestrians

- Plan routes and schedules to meet delivery deadlines and optimize efficiency

- Perform daily inspections of the vehicle and report any maintenance or repair needs

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant information

- Valid commercial driver's license (CPC) with appropriate endorsements for the type of truck being driven

- Proven experience as a truck driver or delivery driver, preferably with experience in flatbed trucking

- Clean driving record with no recent accidents or violations

- Ability to operate various types of trucks and navigate different road conditions

- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional manner

- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of cargo and perform other physical tasks as required

- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines and manage schedules effectively

Pay: GBP200.00-GBP260.00 per day
