Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for a Vehicle Dynamics Integration Engineer to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract up until 31st March 2026.

Umbrella Pay Rate: GBP27.03 per hour.

You will join the Vehicle Dynamics Team for our client to deliver the ride, steering and handling of future world–class vehicles.

The role is focused on supporting the tuning and integration of all aspects of dynamics attribute delivery from concept to production. You will gain experience across multiple vehicle dynamics disciplines while supporting the Senior Engineer in delivery but also be expected to manage and deliver technical projects.

Duties:

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the fundamentals of vehicle dynamics and a keen interest in driving and subjective evaluation.Support the definition of all vehicle dynamics attribute targets.Facilitate testing, tuning and parts integration plans.Candidate will ensure Vehicle Dynamics requirements are cascaded and transacted in system and component teams.Demonstrates vehicle performance status vs target to Stakeholders and Customers. Essential Skills:

Significant understanding of vehicle dynamics fundamentals.Strong organisation and project management skills.Detail focused.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Awareness of relevant vehicle dynamics development methods including subjective/objective evaluation. Desirable Skills:

Some experience tuning road vehicles, subjective evaluation and demonstrable proving ground experience (or experience of track driving in personal life).Previous experience leading the resolution of business, technical and process issues within a project team environment.Understanding relevant CAE Methods and System/Component Level Testing. Mechanical, Automotive, Aeronautical, or other relevant Engineering Degree or academic qualifications.
