Warehouse Team Leaders – 4 on 4 off Wellesbourne

Recruitable Staffing Solutions are proudly supporting our client in Wellesbourne as they prepare for their peak period! We're looking for experienced Warehouse Team Leaders to join a fast–paced, high–performing team.

Shifts Available: 4 on 4 off pattern 12–hour shifts: 8am–8pm Days and nights available All staff must complete day shifts before moving to nights Pay Rates: Days: GBP13.50 per hour Nights: GBP13.50 per hour + 10% shift allowance Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate your team to achieve daily targets Support warehouse operations during the busiest time of the year Ensure health & safety and operational standards are maintained Communicate effectively with colleagues and management What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a warehouse team leader or supervisor Ability to thrive in a fast–paced, high–volume environment Strong communication and leadership skills Flexibility to work both days and nights as required Location:
