Forklift Team LeaderJob SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Forklift Team Leader to manage a warehouse team in Rugby and oversee the efficient loading of containers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proficiency in operating a forklift, and experience in manual duties.Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the warehouse team- Ensure stock control and accurate dispatch of goods- Operate forklift to load and unload containers- Perform manual handling duties as requiredRequirements- Proven experience in warehouse management- Valid forklift license and proficiency in operating a forklift- Ability to lift and move heavy objects- Strong organisational and leadership skills- Excellent communication and teamwork abilitiesIf you are a motivated individual with the skills and experience to lead a warehouse team and handle the manual duties associated with forklift operations, we encourage you to apply for this position.
