Position Title: Team Leader for Transportation Department

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: GBP16.82 per hour. At the later stage, GBP32,000 – GBP35,000 per annum

Type: Full–time, Temp – Permanent

Tue Sat 11 00 (includes 30mins unpaid break)Thu Mon (Thu, Fri, Sat 03 00 & Sun, Mon 11 00) (includes 30mins unpaid break) Start date: Monday 18th August 2025

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Leaders with excellent experience in supervising a team of drivers providing guidance and support to enhance performance and ongoing development

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of drivers providing guidance and support to enhance performance and ongoing developmentCo–ordination & allocation of driver duties in line with driving and working time regulationsMonitoring & manage performanceReporting & handling any exception which may arise during the shiftPre–shift meetings / briefingsEnd of shift debrief and handoversDriver safety What we are looking for:

Knowledge or experience of DVSA compliance regulations (e.g. driver s hours, WTD, tachograph laws, vehicle maintenance scheduling) & Health & SafetySupporting the business to maintain the obligations of the Operator s Licence by maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance, driver compliance etc.Liaise with internal departments to achieve despatch / delivery timelinesMonitor vehicle movements using telematics / GPS tracking systemsAccident investigationsMicrosoft Office experienceTelematics experience advantageousTachograph systems experience advantageous Benefits for Team Leader:
