Your Key Responsibilities

* Launch and lead the van rental sales function from scratch

* Generate new business and build a strong customer base

* Develop sales strategies and local marketing initiatives

* Manage daily rental operations and customer service

* Oversee van availability, maintenance, and turnaround

* Track performance, analyse data, and drive improvements

* Collaborate with founders on growth plans and investment priorities

What You Bring

* Sales and/or rental experience – ideally in vehicle hire, logistics, or fleet

* Entrepreneurial mindset with a ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude

* Excellent people skills – confident, persuasive, and customer-focused

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

* A full UK driving licence (or equivalent)

Bonus Points For:

* Previous experience in a startup or new business environment

* Local market knowledge and existing contacts in logistics or trades

* Familiarity with rental management systems or CRM tools
