Make a Real Impact in Local Government
Are you passionate about driving transformation and making a difference in local communities? One of our local government clients is seeking a dedicated Project Officer to support and manage a variety of transformation initiatives that help deliver better services and outcomes across the authority.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and manage key transformation projects across the council.
*
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver sustainable change.
*
Monitor project progress, maintain financial records, and report outcomes and benefits.
*
Engage with stakeholders to ensure shared ownership and clear communication of goals.
*
Provide high levels of customer care in response to internal and external enquiries.
*
Maintain project documentation, web content, shared mailboxes, and related communications.
What We're Looking For:
*
Proven experience in project delivery, ideally within the public sector.
*
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
*
Financial administration experience (including transactions up to £10,000) is desirable.
*
Knowledge of transformation or change management practices.
