The Operations Planner will play a key role in ensuring the effective planning and coordination of store operations within the procurement and supply chain department. This role in the retail industry requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail to support operational success.

Plan and coordinate store operational activities to align with supply chain objectives.Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet store demands.Collaborate with cross–functional teams to improve operational efficiencies.Develop and maintain accurate operational reports and forecasts.Ensure compliance with procurement and supply chain policies and procedures.Support the implementation of new operational strategies and systems.Identify and resolve operational challenges to maintain a seamless workflow.Assist in training staff on updated processes and tools as needed.Profile

A successful Operations Planner should have:

Experience in procurement or supply chain operations, ideally within an FMCG industry.Strong organisational and analytical skills for managing complex tasks.Proficiency in using planning tools and software to support operational activities.The ability to communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders.A proactive approach to problem–solving and process improvement.Job Offer
