Operations Executive

We're delighted to be working on a retained basis with a fast–growing ecommerce business that has more than doubled its sales in the last 2 years!

They have beautifully crafted products, manufactured on site, and the company ethos is that of creativity, support and growth (to each other and to their customers/community).

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be working as part of a team keeping the orders flowing out to customers. They have recently moved to new premises and are entering an exciting phase of growth, so looking for a dynamic, multi–talented Operations Executive to work across the breadth of the business.

Some of what you'll be doing will include:

Order Fulfilment

Preparing pick and pack sheets for daily order fulfilmentPicking items from stock and packing them ready for despatchPrinting shipping labels with our postal providers.

Warehouse Duties

Manually receiving deliveries and ensuring correct quantities have been deliveredEnsuring received items are put away in correct locationsEnsuring Warehouse is kept clean and tidy, ensuring aal waste is disposed of correctly

Product Finishing

Creating and measuring the correct amount of product into relevant containersPacking completed products into relevant boxes for storage and use in despatchQuality control checks on finished products and packaging

We think you'll be great at this if you have:

Experience with order fulfilment, warehouse or dispatchA good eye for detail and are inherently organisedThe ability to stay calm under pressure and enjoy juggling multiple tasksAa friendly, professional communication (both verbally and in writing)A FLT licence (counterbalance) licence – not a job requirement, more of a nice to have!Due to the nature of the role, the position is based on site at their new facility in Luton.
