Description
We are looking for an experienced Transport / Pallet Network Planner for our Haulage company client based in Barking.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a high–paced setting, exhibit strong communication abilities, have a professional and courteous telephone manner, deliver exceptional customer service, and be highly skilled in using all Microsoft Office applications.
Deliver prompt, efficient, and professional support in managing all incoming and outgoing calls involving customers, drivers, and depots Effectively handle inquiries and resolve issues via both phone and email in a timely and thorough manner Accurately input job details into custom–built IT systems Ensure compliance with company policies as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements to support smooth business operations Organise and oversee delivery and collection schedules Carry out end–of–day tasks, including driver debriefs, shift handovers, and briefing night staff Eligible for Private Company Health Insurance after 12 months service
Company Pension Scheme (NEST)
Salary: 30,000.00– 35,000.00 per annum, dependant on experience and performance
10–hour shift, Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00
20 days holiday plus all Bank Holidays.
