Navigating and updating our ERP stock management system - previous experience is a plus, but fast learners welcome.Using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) to organise, analyse, and update key information.Managing and updating accurate data for shipping, purchase orders, and product specifications.Monitoring timelines and keeping our critical path on track for product launches.Communicating daily with transport agents and suppliers in the UK and overseas to ensure smooth delivery schedules.Coordinating incoming stock shipments from the Far East to UK and USA warehouses Profile

A successful Merchandise & Supply Chain Assistant should have:

Previous experience in retail or supply chain roles.Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office tools.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and forecast trends.Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.A proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.
