Description

We are seeking an experienced and confident HR Advisor to join one of our leading Leeds based clients. You will help drive effective, legally compliant, and people–focused practices across multiple sites.

This is a generalist role covering Employee Relations, Recruitment, Polices and Procedures – and you will support across exciting projects. A varied and fast paced role.

Key Duties and responsibilities:

Working as the "face" of HR throughout the business, working proactively to build relationships with Management, guiding and coaching within all areas of HR.You will be involved with Employee Relations throughout the business, HR policies and processes in addition to having an engagement focusWorking on key HR projects, partnering with stakeholders to achieve business objectivesFocusing on Culture & Engagement throughout the business developing planning within these areasLooking at succession planning throughout the business, leading on talent strategy and ensuring the recruitment strategy for your business area, meets business needsFacilitating discussions on various wider areas of HR, challenging and supporting with practical resolutionsWorking on disciplinaries and areas of grievance, looking at overall performance and absence management

Skills & Experience:

CIPD Level 5 qualified or 4+ years hands on experience within a decision–making HR roleDriving LicenceProven experience with managing Employee RelationsExperience of relationship building and challenging situations with the right approach, to ensure a satisfactory resolutionAble to implement and work effectively with change to lead transformationStrong knowledge of HR policy and legislationExperience within all key HR business cycles, including performance management, succession planning, etcStrong coaching and leadership skillsSuperb communication and organisational skillsWe are unable to reply to every individual application, however if your skills and experience meet the above criteria, we will be in contact with you.
