HGV CLASS 2 DRIVER

Hours: MONDAY - FRIDAY - 05:30 - 08:00 starts

Pay Rate: GBP14.50 per hour

People Solutions are recruiting Class 2 Drivers to make multiple deliveries for our well established client based in South Normanton, Derbyshire. This role will become permanent for the right candidate after a successful twelve-week period.

Monday to Friday GBP14.50 per hour

Day to Day Duties:

Drive a Class 2 vehicle safely and efficientlyMake deliveries ranging from RDC to residential propertiesHeavy lifting may be involved.Caged deliveries to fuel stationsProvide excellent customer serviceMulti-drop deliveries 15 - 18 drops per day.Ensure vehicle is well presentedComply with driving rules and regulationsBe prepared for various shift lengths Essential Skills:

Hold a valid UK Category C Driving Licence for a minimum of 2 years2 years experience driving Class 2 vehiclesHold a valid UK CPC CardHold a valid UK Digital Tachograph CardNo more than six penalty points for minor infringementsNo major endorsement codesPositive 'Can Do' attitudeGood communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsMust undergo a DBS check for this roleMust be reasonably physically fit as heavy lifting involved Training:

Drivers will be required to take a written assessment and driving assessment followed by 5 hour inductionIndustry related training and ongoing support Contact:
