HGV Class 1 Drivers

Description

We are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers for various factories within Hastings and St Leonards to provide short term cover.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of HGV Driving, possess a HGV Class 1 licence as well as a valid Full UK Driving Licence, Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) and Digital Tachograph Card. You will have a good knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation and possess strong communication skills.

As an HGV Class 1 Driver you will complete the transportation of products, ensuring loads are safely secured, delivery paperwork is completed correctly and keeping up to date records of deliveries and logbooks.

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:

Demonstrable experience as an HGV Class 1 Driver Possess an HGV Class 1 licence Must have a valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) and Digital Tachograph Card Have a full UK Driving Licence Possess strong communication skills Have a good knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation Your duties are an HGV Class 1 Driver will include:

Transportation of products Loading and unloading of products on to the vehicle Ensuring loads are safely secured Completing delivery paperwork Keeping up–to–date logbooks Salary:

GBP15 – GBP20 per hour depending on experience
