HGV Class 1 Driver

A rapidly growing company that has been trading for over 40 years, hiring and leasing trucks and

trailers is looking for an HGV Class 1 Driver to join the team in Beccles. This is a Monday to Friday 07.00 – 17.00 role with No weekend working.

As HGV Class 1 Driver your responsibilities will include:

Moving heavy plant machinery to and from sites (crushers, dumpers, rollers, diggers)Operating low loaders for plant deliveries across sitesLoading and unloading with careCoordinating with the ops team to schedule drops smoothlyKeeping your vehicle in check and completing paperwork We are looking for an HGV Class 1 Driver / Plant Loader with:

Class 1 HGV licence with proven driving experienceCPC and DigiCardA background with heavy plant machinery would be desirable but not essential as full training will be givenIn–depth knowledge of H&S and transport regulations In return as a Driver you will receive a salary of 38,000 – 42.000 Per annum.
